Who We Are
We are a research team at Yale School of Medicine, Department of Clinical & Community Research.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people who are involved in the criminal justice system, who are at-risk for (or living with) HIV, and are homeless, experiencing mental illness, difficulties with substance use, or need help with employment. Medical and behavioral health services, housing, employment, and addiction treatment are provided through a collaboration between Yale School of Medicine and Liberty Community Services.
Project CHANGE is a service project funded through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA [H79-TI080561]) Yale HIC #2000024880
